Daniel Boscaljon is an author, scholar, and leadership consultant. His work is grounded in a long-standing interest in what it means to live a meaningful life, an inquiry that has shaped both his academic path and his work with individuals and organizations.
He is the founder of Peerless Leadership, where he works with organizations to develop leaders, strengthen teams, and improve how people communicate and work together. This work builds on nearly three decades of experience in education, where he taught in a range of public and private institutions and founded two nonprofit organizations dedicated to adult learning.
Daniel brings a strong background in teaching and facilitation to his work as a speaker and consultant. His approach is thoughtful, relational, and grounded in real-world experience.
Along with his wife, Angela Amias, Daniel co-founded Alchemy of Love, which offers trauma-informed relationship programs and guidance for individuals and couples. Together, they also founded the Institute for Trauma-Informed Relationships, where he serves as Director of Research and Program Development.
He continues to work as a researcher and academic reviewer, serving as a contributing editor for the Oxford Journal of Literature and Theology. More information about his academic work can be found in his CV.
Originally from California and raised in Iowa, Daniel now lives in Wyoming.
